Luxury Cheese & Charcuterie Grazing Tables
Serves:
Serves groups of 25+ as an appetizer portion.
Style:
1. Flat Lay (Designed to lay flat on the surface and includes no added height or props.)
Spread Types:
1. Regular: An assortment of gourmet cheeses; charcuterie; crackers and fresh bread; fresh and dried fruit; various spreads (honey, jam, mustard, etc.); nuts; and various accompaniments (olives, pickles, chocolates, etc.).
2. Breakfast/Brunch: An assortment of baked goods (fresh artisan bread, bagels, pastries, etc.); gourmet cheeses; charcuterie; fresh and dried fruit; nuts; and various spreads (honey, jams, cream cheese, etc.).
What Else is Included:
- Cutlery: Tongs, wooden spoons and knives, honey wands, etc. (Plates and napkins are not included, but can be an add-on).
- Full set up prior to start of event (takes approximately 1.5-2 hours).
- Assisted clean up included with Elevated style, but not the Flat Lay. Everything is set up on food-safe parchment paper.
Pricing:
- Starts at $525 and serves up to 25 people | $19.50 per extra person
Travel Fee: $1.00/mile (each way) will be added on to you final total cost.
Venue/Customer: *Responsible for providing a table/flat surface for the grazing spread to be set up on.*
Individual Charcuterie Cups
Serves: 1 person
Cups Include:
- A 14 oz cup with two cheeses, salami, cracker(s), fresh fruit, various accompaniments (i.e., olives, cornichons, chocolate, etc.)
- Ability to customize with event sticker or stamp.
Pricing: $10/each (Minimum quantity of 10 required).
- Can be individually wrapped upon request.
Travel Fee: $1.00/mile (each way) will be added on to you final total cost.
Add-ons
Fly Repellent Table Fans: $30 flat rate. Customer responsible for dropping off at identified location the day following event. Recommended for outdoor events or open door events.
Brunch Platter: $115/each, Serves 10-12 people
- 22x12 inch oval tray with assortment of baked goods (fresh artisan bread, bagels, pastries, etc.), fresh fruit, variety of cheeses (3), honey, and jam.
Veggie Platter: $65/each, Serves 7-9 people
- 13 inch round tray with assortment of veggies and hummus.
Napkins: $0.15/each
Appetizer Plates: $0.20/each
Booking Process
1. Fill out the form below and submit. (A response will be provided within 24 hours.)
2. Upon receipt, a quote will be developed and submitted back to the email address provided on the form for review.
3. Once the quote is accepted, an invoice and contract will be provided to the customer for final approval along with a 50% deposit on the total cost. Deposit required to book event.
4. The second half of the deposit will be required 30 days in advance of the event date. If event is scheduled less than 30 days in advance, full payment will be required upfront.
