Behind the Board - Meet the Owner:

After spending over a decade as a water resources planner and scientist, I made the leap to pursue a career that aligned more closely with my passion: creating community and memories through the art of food styling, design, and event planning. Thus, Wedge and Slice Charcuterie Co. was born! Besides, who doesn't want to eat cheese for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?!
